life is a journey, and none of us has arrived.
The people of TPC all have a unique faith journey. Some have been following Jesus steadily for years, some are still observing from the outskirt, and some have just come 'home' from wandering through the valley of dead-ends.
Wherever you are on the journey, welcome to the family. There is a seat for you at the table.

We are a part of The Assemblies of God in South Africa.
Between 1968 -1974, while pastoring the Harfield Road AOG, John Bond planted 14 new churches in the Western and Southern Cape. The initial one was Fish Hoek AOG, now called Southside Church and a few years later Meadowridge AOG was established, now called The People’s Church Constantia.

Here we often say “people are important” or we are doing something “because God loves people”. We are a community of ordinary people, from a variety of backgrounds and a variety of age groups that believe that our ordinariness doesn’t mean that we can’t make a difference in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, in South Africa and in Africa.
The chances are good that you will find some connection point with TPC. As you browse the website and see some of the things we believe, we do and we say you might respond by saying ” I could see myself fitting in with them”. If that’s you, then pay us a visit. You’ll find a warm welcome.
